Our Sonic Milling TM  platform utilizes hydrodynamic-cavitation technology whereby water and energy create microscopic explosions that disintegrate plant material. This process creates internal heat which allows for precise cooking of feed stock to ensure the product is highly digestible, with greater nutrient bio-availability, while minimizing any unwanted odours or flavors, all without denaturing the product in any form. All nutrients remain intact while eliminating the digestive inhibitors.

We design, fabricate and commission modular plant protein processing systems that can be containerized or integrated within customer facilities producing from 5,000 to 100,000 litres per day. The systems are fully automated, self-cleaning and can be monitored remotely using proprietary data management and control systems. Protein and fat concentrations can be adjusted during production to meet the exact requirements of the end user.
